Basic Entry Qualifications
There are of course minimum entry level requirements you need to consider before making your application to join the Qantas team through our apprenticeship programs. You must:
- Be over 15 years of age
- Have completed Year 10 at time of employment, with passes in Mathematics, Science and English. With the Avionics trades a minimum Year 11 grade studies is desirable.
- Undergo and pass a medical examination and Federal Police Criminal History Check.
- Not hold a recognised Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification as limited opportunities for adult apprenticeships are available
